這是我自己常做的XD 所以列個罪狀。
1. 忘了到IIS把應用程式集區所改成對應的.NET 版本
2. 該reference的assembly沒有佈署到Azure
3. 看到"Could not load file or assembly"錯誤時就知道reference的Assembly又錯亂。譬如說MVC3和MVC4
4. 另外如果是VS2012/TFS的問題，我會到team explorer檢查有沒有不需要bind卻被我亂設的

Background
1個custom control 繼承TextBox以及1個user control
Custom control沒有任何額外的code, user control 新增了一個Text1的屬性.
新增了一個typed dataset, 裏頭有2個一樣的data table，接著拉了2個datagridview並且用2個bindingsource bind到datagridview。
將table中的其中一個欄位分別bind到custom control 的Text屬性及user control的text1屬性
